This is funny...have had Indian employees for over a decade...


took me a bit of time to adjust to that...had a Sr. Indian SW developer that gave me the rundown...unfortunately, some of the Indian consulting companies like TATA and Cognizant try and teach their employees to not do that with their western managers and peers. I think that is garbage....I think it's cool we learn the culture differences amongst the people we work with. But yeah, if you don't understand the head bobble, you will be lost.
